This is a great studio (Colorado Blvd in Denver). The staff are always friendly and the general vibe there is always positive and warm. Also their showers and locker rooms are spacious and well maintained, which matters!

Great location, nice environment, knowledgeable instructors.
Went to Rihanna themed class on Super Bowl Sunday, & it was really fun. I appreciated the theme as a way to make the class fresh & new. Always nice to shake things up to keep from getting in an exercise rut.

The consistency of the classes and also instructors who acknowledge and offer encouragement to do what works for each individual. No pressure.
Often when classes get to 30 or more, it would be helpful if instructors entered the classroom while students are setting up to instruct students to make space (4 rows if necessary). As a participant, to be standing there looking at a sea of people on their mats unwilling to give eye contact or to create an opening for a mat is really uncomfortable. Takes the zen out of going to class.
The studio was welcoming and inviting. The restrooms clean and functional. Most importantly Terry taught a fantastic class. Her cues and music felt great. Her sequence was an interesting exploration of a no hands flow. It was fun. Thank you.

Good energy, very good if not the best teachers who are available and accessible, clean--locker/shower rooms, steamy hot/warm classes...what could be better about a yoga studio? Keep Intention and Purpose in each class please:)!
