CorePower Sculpt classes are always awesome. The mirrors at the studios could be a little cleaner but it’s hard to get those big mirrors perfect.
Warm room, not alot of people thankfully! Great teacher! Only negative is the shower water was freezing and bathrooms needed some cleaning to be done

CorePower has been a wonderful addition to my routine. I enjoy the variety of classes from HPF, CP2 and Sculpt (Fiona is the best) - there is something for every mood I am in. The instructors are kind and energetic and the classes are well thought out. I leave CP feeling stronger and more focused (and sweaty). CP is a judgement free zone and hearing the instructors say things like 'honor where you are in your practice' and the levels of options they give for flows based on how your body is feeling that day helps me to accept where I am in my practice (which varies daily!). Highly recommend.
Such an amazing class with Shannon yesterday. She’s intense and funny, but also supportive. I will definitely be back on Saturday’s at 9:30am to see her!

Taylor L’s sculpt was amazing as always! The only thing that makes the class tough is that small studio, I think given the size of her classes (always a waitlist) it would make sense to put hers in a larger studio to make everyone’s experience more enjoyable. Also the speakers could go louder so we can jam to her amazizng playlist. I love CorePower and Lohi and continue to recommend to friends!
The teachers and staff are the best! The locker rooms are always clean. I hate the wipes that are used for blocks and weights, terrible for the environment!! Bring back cardio circuit!!
This studio gets very hot and every class I take here is consistently exactly what I need. Great instructors and great energy!

I really enjoy the variety of classes and the wonderful instructors. Each teacher has been excellent and I always enjoy their playlists. Everyone is super friendly and they meet you were you are in your practice and help you get to the next level.

I really liked the cues and flow from Christina. I like that she started us off and then allowed us to actually use our personal breath to movement to go through sun B and then all reconvene.
