I was traveling and visited this studio. I found the instructor very friendly and helpful when navigating around the studio. The studio was also very clean and nicely lit. Will visit again if I am ever in the Denver area.

Sarah, the Monday morning 6:15 yoga sculpt instructor is amazing! She’s inspiring, encouraging and authentic! And a ball of energy. Today she gave me a beautifully written card and gift to celebrate my 500 classes at core power! That’s so above and beyond! I was so touched I got choked up!

It’s very easy to book the classes and the studio is very nice
I appreciated the option for instructor correction/support at this location. Because I’m hearing impaired I usually rely on visual instruction or watching others but it was such a small class and the instructor was extremely patient and helpful.
I love the teachers like Robyn, Abigayle, Sheri T, Julia that put their heart and soul into each class and go beyond the basic flow. You never know what they're going to throw at you! I leave feeling rejuvenated and rebalanced...not just my body but my soul.
I like the recent studio updates and weight organization. It feels lighter and cleaner.
Could you please fix the shades? On a nice sunny day after working inside all day it's nice to let some sunlight in and see the outside world.
