My whole experience was really very good. I am very new to yoga and I found Core Power to be both approachable yet challenging. Even over only one week, my time at Core Power has given me a keen interest in further exploring yoga.

In more concrete terms, all of the instructors and staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, helpful and seemed actually enthusiastic about teaching the classes. The facilities were also a drawing point.

Overall, I was incredibly happy with my experience.

You can always count on a Consistent curriculum and a class taught by engaging, genuine and motivating instructors! The team does a great job of balancing development across all of the pillars of yoga - spirituality, personal growth and physical fitness!

Awesome class! But $2 mat rental? I've yet to go to another studio that charges for mats.

Teacher was kind and approachable. Room was heated but it still felt clean--not always the case with heated classes elsewhere.

Great studio and space, awesome temperature control and consistency in studios, incredible instructors. I also love the different approaches to yoga between fusion, core power and yoga sculpt. Great locker room facilities too!!
