All of the instructors are welcoming, encouraging and enthusiastic. They each have their own style which makes the classes more exciting! Ashleigh is extremely helpful and positive when you have a question about membership. Overall, this is a great experience that makes you want to come back each time.

The instructors are so nice upon arriving and leaving the classes. Also, they are so good at their instruction, I have had 4 different instructors. I am new at the yoga part and trying to learn as fast as I can. I am also older than most of the class but hoping to really learn and I am already enjoying it. Thank you.
