I loved my instructor, she was the cutest and made the class so fun but hard and played great music. Her name was Elle I believe. Also, I love the community of women there- I feel so safe and the studio feels very clean!
The studio and lockers are VERY nice. The classes were amazing. My only thought is that the second class I attended was beyond full and did not allow any spacing out. Morgan (manager) did a great job of teaching her class and also explaining membership options. She seems to be a rock star so I hope you guys are paying her well. Jimmy

Hi, everyone was very nice and the teacher was excellent. My only comment is that you may want to cut down on the number of people you let in a class by two or three. It was VERY cramped in the small studio which will detract some people from joining. Just my two cents. Keep up the great work. Jimmy
i absolutely loved my time with core power! if i will living in fort worth full time i would 100% get a membership but i am currently in school so i am only home for christmas break. I would love to take classes when i am home for the summer too if thats offered, just wish i had a location where i go to school.

Brooke is an excellent instructor! She gives cues, and walks around the room to ensure you are using the proper form, so you’re not injured.

I loves the atmosphere! It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The instructor had a great personality and was very encouraging, as this was my first time doing any type of yoga. She was easy to understand and made sure everybody was able to follow along. I truly enjoyed the positive energy Alysia embodied and it was a great way to start the day.
