Our teacher instructors were amazing! They were attentive, explained positions etc slowly yet clearly. They would go around and connect with us with gentle corrections, adjustments, and encouragement!I am brand new to yoga and they made me very comfortable! Amazing experience because of them!

I like that an early class is offered due to working in downtown Dallas…. I really appreciate that the instructors tend to keep the lights low and not bright. For my personal practice this helps me to focus on me and my mat time and not others around me.

Teachers are well trained. They are professional and personable. The studio is well suited for the type of yoga practiced at CorePower. The heat/humidity has been excellent for my health.
