I love the community, the convenient class location and times, and the style of workouts along with the variety of different class options.
I have a few complaints that have prevented friends from switching from a competitor studio:
1. The lights are always on even though it's not necessary because the light from outside typically gives enough light to see. The bright lights are intimidating when you aren't quite comfortable with others seeing you learn and grow.
2. The lack of fans during the stretching and cool down. Other studios have heated classes, but they also have fans they flip on when the cool down and stretching begins to help lower the temperature in the room.

I did like the yoga sculpt class it was fast paced and liked I could do some weight lifting at the same time as sort of yoga. Definitely helped my shoulder pain.
Although I would really suggest to turn the music down you couldn’t hear the teacher and even with the speaker microphone she had on the music was way too loud.
My favorite Corepower location in DFW. I love Nastia and Amy's classes so much especially.
I could not be happier that I started CPY over a year ago. It has been the best thing I have ever done for myself, both mentally & physically. The community at Mockingbird is so amazing, and being so far way from home while at college, this has been super special to me!

The instructors are exceptionally talented and friendly. The studio is clean and the variety of classes and time slots make it easy to practice at this location.
Really great classes, consistently good instructors and convenient times and locations.

I really enjoy this facility.
I do have concern that a member here may be struggling with an eating disorder. I would like for someone to contact me regarding that. I just want them to be helped so that the eating disorder doesn't win.

The teachers are so friendly and I have made friends with them as I kept doing classes and chatting after!
