I like the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. I have had great experiences with prenatal massage, and would recommend any of the massage therapists I've used. Two things I would suggest - previous places where I went for a massage had hot towels for after the massage. This was not only a relaxing way to end the session, it made it so you were far less greasy from the oil when you left. I really, really miss this. I always feel gross when I get dressed after my appointment!
Also, I noticed that there doesn't appear to be a ramp for persons with disabilities. Considering the services Prema provides I found this very surprising. I witnessed someone helping a person in a wheelchair, and it looked like they had brought their own ramp to set up to allow access. Perhaps something to look into in the future. Otherwise as mentioned I am very happy with my experiences with Prema Health, and look forward to utilizing some of the other services provided after baby is born!

Lovely staff & accomodation .. As a visitor to Calgary I was relieved to be able to get an appointment for acupuncture after I had a fall. Erin the therapist I saw was wonderful & helped me so much. I left feeling so much better & was able to join my family on a trip to the zoo!
