great customer service at the front desk, the girls always know who I am before I even check in. first impressions can really set the mood for the appointment to follow and prema seems to have this figured out. I've never had a problem getting in to see one of my practitioners when I really need to, lots of appointment time options and a variety of services to choose from. direct billing is a big plus too.

This was my first visit .. I would certainly visit your facility again once my back is better. The gal who did the massage (Daniella) was very gentle and attentive to the amount of pain I was in..
