I liked the feedback email I got after Gus's interview. I feel like someone was actually watching him and that hasn't been the case in some of the other places we have been. Staff was friendly and consistent, showing some longevity. I like that they get to know the dogs they are caring for.
The staff are always very kind and it’s clear that they enjoy what they do. It makes it a very easy place to leave your pup, knowing they’re in good hands.

It would have been good to, on confirmation call a week ahead of scheduled boarding, reviewed the vaccinations. It was very dificult to find alternative accomidations when informed hours before scheduled drop off that there was a miss with a vaccine.

My beloved dog's second home! For the sake of brevity, we are clients for life. Or, until the bank says no. This is the only day care tin Boulder that addresses our needs comprehensively and competently. Easy going and supporting environment. No gloom, and always lovely faces to see and a pleasure to chat. There is just one danger, your puppster is a persona grata and might morph into a winged creature.

I am very impressed with the care that Camp BowWow takes to screen dogs before they are allowed in. Some canine daycares are careless about this which puts dogs at great risk. I don’t want my dog attacked because an aggressive dog was admitted.
Sunny stayed at Camp Bow Wow holder recently for a few days and had a wonderful time. I found myself like the hovering mother watching the WebCam all day long. 🙄
Some of the folks who are in the indoor yards with the dogs don’t seem to pay much attention at the dogs, but there’s a couple I noticed who were really good. They petted the dogs, played with them, and seemed to be really interested in making the dogs feel happy. I don’t know who they are, but it would be nice if you could encourage all the dog sitters to engage in similar loving interaction.
