Front desk is typically friendly. My dog seems pretty happy when I pick her up. You require vaccine records. Your hours are conducive for drop off and pick up of my pet. Front desk employees always ask about diet/snack restrictions. My dog never shy's away from the employees or acts like she doesn't want to go into the back area.

This was my first time using Camp Bow Wow. All of the employees with whom I came in contact were very friendly and gave me confidence that my dog was in good hands. Both of the employees that I spoke with extensively seemed very knowledgeable and had been working for Camp Bow Wow a number of years which also instilled confidence in my choice to use CBW. The only slight improvement would have been if I was told ahead of time that dogs are not allowed to be wearing harnesses at CBW. My trainer has me using only harness, not a collar. I did not have a collar with me to put on my dog and the one that CBW provided for the day was pretty flimsy. Not a big deal though. Everything else was fantastic!
