The staff is amazing, they take care of my dog like is their own
I’ve been bringing my dog Huck to Camp Bow Wow at Bear Creek for a few months now. He loves it! I love it because I can check in on him with their [free!!] cameras and the staff there is wonderful. They care about dogs and their well-being during day camp. I often see Huck getting pets from them and it makes me happy and puts my mind at ease that he is being cared for so well. Plus he looks like he’s having a blast playing with all his friends. He’s so tired when he gets home. All this and it’s like 5 min from my house which is a huge bonus. Huck and I 100% recommend checking them out!
Everything! The owner Michele is really on top of things and very client sensitive. Margaret is absolute the best, always there for us. Our lab, Tucker absolutely loves this place. The staff always are caring and our pup adores everyone and they give that love right back to him. Absolutely the best Day Care facility I have ever used for my Labrador pups. Just can’t praise this place enough.
Our dog always likes day care, but we are not comfortable leaving her overnight with no on-site staff.

Staff seem to genuinely care about your pet. You get a record of their daily feedings, and you can observe them via Webcam from anywhere in the world.
Loved the careful screening via the interview; the very attentive introduction to other dogs; the feedback at the end of the day, the ability to watch via WebCams, the availability of a medium-size dog bin and the convenience of the location. Lots to love!
The facilities are well maintained and clean. Staff is dog-focused and nice to their owners.

I like the hours and the convenient location. Very clean and organized. The employees are really friendly and attentive. It’s great that they give the boarders a rest in the middle of the day too.

You check dogs in properly to be sure they have their vaccinations. Your staff is friendly and helpful. I love the dog cameras so I can see my dog.
