My dog has a great time, and I feel confident she is well cared for.
Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. From the person on the telephone to the individual who brings your dog out at the end of the visit. Today was our 2nd visit and our dog was much happier this trip. He seems to like going outside much better than being inside. He was hesitant to go in but we watched the video and as soon as he was taken off his leash he rushed right through and out the door to the outside. When we picked him up he seemed much happier than the first trip. We couild see him playing with the other dogs.I think the thing he doesn't like is seeing everyone carrying water spray bottles. We used water bottles at home only when he jumped and he did not like it. We only picked it up when we were going to use it. I think he thinks if its in someones hands they are going to use it. I believe he will get over that after he sees he is not going to get squerted every minute. He came hom much happier and much more tired today. which is a good thing.

Alex and the staff were friendly, informative, and patient during the interview process. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our dog with Camp Wow for daycare and overnight.

The staff were super in their care and general treatment of my pooch. The whole experience was made much more positive as leaving him for 10 days was not easy. Everyone was accommodating of my needs as well as my dog's. That's all in addition to the benefits of Camp Bowwow's excellent general policies enabling lots of dog interactions and play. The girl who welcomed us into the facility was very sweet and I LOVE the webcam. I love it that I was able to keep an eye on my poochie the whole time and I really liked that.
Ace loves coming to Camp Bow Wow. We feel secure in leaving our golden doodle in their care when we have to be away. We love being able to see him playing with his friends via the camper cams. It gives us peace of mind seeing him having fun.

I've taken my Hoss there twice for doggy day care, he is so happy to play with other dogs and is so tired when he gets home (which is a good thing). I hope to be taking him there when I go on vacations. They have taken good care of my Hoss. He loves the humans as well.
