It smells clean & the Ladies are so pleasant.

My husband and I decided to try Merry Maids again for just a move in as we did have the service upon occasion in another City. We were so pleased and spoiled my "husband" said to me, "Even though we cannot afford this, I want to see if we can try to make it so they come more often". We talked at length and decided even though it's only the two of us, we wanted the service once per month. I would like it every 2 weeks but just can't do it. I just wished my floors came cleaner and smelled fresher but maybe it's because they are using my product and my mop. In a nut shell, with that exception. I love the service and highly recommend Rosealea and Maria. Thank you so much ladies, you are awesome! Helps this arthritis of mine and the lupus as well. I appreciate you more than I can say and so does my husband.

All was done in a very efficient manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that Lupe, the manager, came to check on their progress, and even pitched in to make sure things were done to the company's standards. That really takes the pressure off me to have to check everything myself and possible having to confront someone about something , I really detest having to do that. I feel that's taken care of. I also like the schedule provided so I don't forget the cleaning days! I

After our first-class cleaning by Carmen and Noelia, our home was sparkling clean and spelled fresh and not over powering like a chemical cleaner. Just this morning even the air circulation of the smelled fresh. I am so very happy. The first time thorough cleaning was exceptional, however I felt bad that the scheduled time of 3-4 hours was not near enough time to deep clean a house of this size from top to bottom - a home that was neglected by the previous maid - so there was an 8 year build up that I explained and was promised would be addressed when signing up. A superior job! Which included: the blinds and tracks of over 13 windows, in a 2 story house with 4 bedrooms, master walk-in closet, 3 full size bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, ceiling fans, laundry room, office/family room, loft entertainment room, living room, dining room, and full kitchen and cabinets. All rooms were cleaned top to bottom as promised. Every piece of furniture was polished and all the many items on the dresser individually dusted, as promised as well as over 50 framed photos, awards, paintings and canvas prints, a chandelier,over a dozen lamps of sorts, hardwood floors and carpet through out upstairs and the stairs themselves, change master bedding and launder as promised. The girls worked steady, detailed as promised, fast and nonstop. There is no possible way it could be accomplished in 4hours. That's allowing 240 minutes to accommodate 2400 square feet of floor to ceiling deep cleaning of over 400 different items and tasks to scrub, polish, wash, clean, dust, shine and vacuum. That works out to a little over 30 seconds for each of the 30 some 8 years of grimy kitchen cabinets and drawers and all the other 1000 of individual items, dressers, mantle and bookshelves, tables, counters and mirrors. I am just expressing that you office made me feel bad by not allowing your employees enough time to do a promised quality job. They worked well past the 4hours and there is not a single item they did not miss or could of left early not doing. From a scale of 1 - 10... I award them 100! The first time deep cleaning a whole house to meet the promised standards on a house you were told to of lacked care by the previous maid service... should not be at the same 3-4 hours as a house in well kept condition. I hope Carmen and Noelia are recognized for their hard work and attention to detail. Anything less and I will have been disappointed in Merry Maids administration for cutting it short and not them. The products are amazing. I especially like the countertop liquid used on my Formica. It leaves it glowing.

The team who clean my home to a fantastic job. The house always looks clean and smells clean when I get home after they have been there. I would recommend and in fact do recommend Merry Maids to friends and family. The barrier always seems to be the expense.
