The team that came this past week did an excellent job and would like them to always come as she was upset to see things that the last crew did not do. They cleaned areas that were never done before. It was Anna and I think the other one was Lettica. Anna said she was going to report to you the condition of those issues she found.i have always trusted the other crews to do what was expected.

The recent team of Nancy and Melissa did an excellent job and especially the vacuuming all the per hair. The products clean well. The house is noticeably cleaner when they are finished.
I like the product used on tile counter tops. Blinds were not the best but they are hard to do as we have couple of windows with the old levelor blinds so the laundry room I had to clean the blinds there myself. The other windows have the new wide faux wood blinds and were cleaned better. 3 ladies showed up on time and I liked that a supervisor Fatima and Anthony (in training) came to check on everything which at that time we had the ladies go back into a bedroom to clean. Bathrooms were done very nice. I feel the price is high. I thought the crew was to stay 6 hours but they were let go by Fatima early. Her explanation to me was that two people stay for 6 hours of deep cleaning so when they sent 3 people they would be leaving early. Not knowing your system well enough I had to let it go. Not fully happy with that since I want to get what I paid for. The deep cleaning was to be $500. I was charged $580, not happy about that. I feel the $80 surcharge should be refunded to my credit card. I paid with a check. My sister is helping me by paying for this cleaning service. I had to sign the contract and we want the invoices to be sent the address on the check in advance of any future cleanings so that she can pay them from her checking account. She will mail or call in the payment in the payment. Please let me know that the invoices will be set up and billed starting next month, Oct. 2019. Thank you. Name removed
