As I mentioned earlier, I always enjoy the big smiles that the girls wear (even underneath their masks). They go right to work, starting upstairs, and they work their way down. The products that they use give the house a nice pleasant smell. Sara and Ortencia work well together, and always offer to go above and beyond what is required!! I hope I can keep team 16, as long as they continue with Merry Maids. The girls wear their masks and gloves, and clean the bathrooms as trained.

I've recently enjoyed both the Merry Maids service and the window cleaning service offered through Merry Maids. Both are very reliable, and their staff is well-trained and provides excellent quality service. Merry Maids has also accommodated my schedule, which I really appreciate.
The team was on time, very pleasant, and thorough.
Their cleaning products seam to be fine. Not too harsh smelling. The floor cleaning product might need refinement. I have wood floors and although they were cleaned well, they appeared to miss that bright shine that other wood floor products give, a more polished look after cleaning would be nicer. As well I have a lot of wood furniture, so a product that is designed to moisturize would be great, especially on the kitchen table.

Very thorough cleaning
I like the same person every time. They know my apartment and the things I need. When a new crew comes in, they just do the basics and don't ask if there is anything else.
They have done a thorough job and are accommodating to my requests. I appreciate they are using a specific disinfectant during this time when we need to be extra cautious.
Dulce and Rosalina have always done an excellent job in cleaning our home. With the
Covid-19 pandemic, my husband and I, as senior citizens, were quite concerned about having them return to cleaning our home. But, they have strictly adhered to the company’s instructions, i.e. wearing face masks, gloves, keeping their distance from my husband and I and cleaning with proven products to prevent a Covid-19 infection. We could not be more pleased with, not only how well Dulce and Rosalina clean our home, but that they do it in a way to ensure my husband’s and my safety.
