Good food! Fun with family!
We LOVE East Coast Wings and have been regulars since it first opened. The environment in our community and across the country is difficult for hiring right now. East Coast needs to be able to hire more employees that can stay and not leave due to a need for more money/benefits to support themselves. Those there need incentives right now, because they are good employees and want to work. Then, when you have enough staff and motivated employees, more people who come to the restaurant will leave happily served and tell others to come, picking up business. The food, restaurant, and employees are great...there needs to be more interest from the owner possibly, it seems to me, in keeping East Coast Wings a great food destination in Johnson City. We love it and always have. Got to work closer with those who are keeping it afloat. I never hear one of them complain and are wonderful. This is just an observation made by a long time loyal customer.
Thank you for your note and suggestions. Like every business in the region, we are challenged with the current labor crisis. Our company is offering and paying significantly higher hourly wages, offering benefits to part-time workers, paying hourly bonuses and shift differentials, and rewards for tenure. The hospitality industry is challenged more so than any other sector and recognize it has been a "low wage" industry that we are committed to by increasing wages, significantly, while trying to remain competitive in a very volatile market.

Food was great! I hope you’re able to get some additional wait staff. Our waiter was very new and unsure of himself. He did a fine job. Although it did take a little longer to get our food, it was hot and fresh when it came out.

Server wad outstanding
Wings were good service was also good didn't have my points on my card that I thought I had. last time I was there they forgot to use them and said I could use the 10.00 next time I came in.
The bartender was our server and he was great. Introduced us to the rewards program and made sure we were satisfied with everything!
As always bartender friendly. Food was great. Great people at bar. Always one of our favorite places to go.
Love the Buffalo Chicken soup!!!! The brisket mac and cheese is great also! Delicious steak sandwich!

Even though it was am unusually busy night, the staff was attentive and made sure we were served as quickly as possible. Randy was, as always, a fantastic bartender. The food came as ordered and was delicious!
Kayla does a great job! And, the food is always delicious.
Everything ! Super great food, good service, clean restaurant and restroom. ECW has been my favorite Kingsport restaurant since my first visit there several years. Servings are more than adequate and I usually have to take part of my order home, prices are very reasonable (draft beer is a little high but the food servings make up for that). Will be back soon.
