Excellent food and service.
My family typically eats at ECW at least once a week. Most times we have a good experience with no issues service or food wise. Occasially I do find that the wing sauce is somewhat inconsistent in that sometimes perfect and sometimes very little sauce is added to wings which kinda defeats the idea of flavored sauce in a chosen heat. I'm not complaining just thought this might be something that is easily fixable.
The pretzel, beer cheese appetizer is AWESOME!! Our waitress was very efficient and really sweet.

The service was amazing and the girl serving remembered myself and my friends, I would give her a raise if I could or a bigger tip, she never missed a beat and was friendly the whole time

Most of the time it is freshener and timely.unfortunately my last experience was not good. The soda was bad. The sweet tea was old. The food took 35 mins to get there and an additional 7 minutes to get my ranch for my wings which left me getting hungrI er cuz I can not eat them without the ranch to cut the heat. I've been there ten times and 8 out of 10 we're great but one was ok the food was cold and this last experience was quite horrible or at least unacceptable. I will still go to East Coast wings but I hope that this last experience never happens again if it does I will look for a new wing spot.

The welcoming atmosphere at this location is one of the best in Kingsport.
WHILE HAVING LUNCH WITH FRIENDS YOU CAN FOR A LITTLE BIT FORGET YOUR TROUBLES OUTSIDE THE DINING ROOM. JUST ENJOY THE GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS. EAST COAST IS A GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE !
"Our" dining experience or "Your" dining experience?? Well what we loved about 'our' dining experience was Kelvin! Best fry cook in the area!

I had to step out for a moment to take a phone call. The server offered to reheat my soup for me, although it was plenty hot still and not necessary. I still appreciated the offer.
