I am very pleased with the service provided and feel the membership is good value for my needs. Certain of my friends (but not I), feel the monthly fee is high.

Lots of equipment and space. Everything is always taken care of and repaired quickly. The staff and the customers are almost always nice. I’ve been coming to Defined for over 20 years and have never had a real issue with the place or the people. You have good operating hours. I hate crowded gyms, so I can always find a time when there aren’t a bunch of people to come and work out.
I've enjoyed the health facilities. Most specificly the pool and steam room.
The women’s bathroom locker room needs to be retiled. Also new risers and non ridge steps in the group excercise room are sorely needed. The risers are worn down and rusting on the bottom.

Love the variety of group exercises. Just hoping they provide a bigger space for those classes with lots of attendees.
Awesome facilities, clean and well kept. Nice big pool perfect for lap swimming and lots of equipment to use for training.

The staff is what makes this gym a place to go workout at. It might not have the most updated equipment but the staff makes it the best defined fitness location in my opinion. Daycare staff they are all WONDERFUL!

The open floor plans and compartmentalized spaces are ideal for supporting all types of exercise programs.
I like that the gym still has a hot tub and a steam Room what I don't like is that you guys don't have bags anymore also I think the hours should be expanded During the week and on Sunday
it's big enough without being too big. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of equipment and machines with out being crowded.
Can you consider offering body wash that is without dyes and fragrances?
I like the group classes
Love everything about it except for the parking garage. People tend to drive like they are the only car in the place. We wish that we had joined when our kids were younger as there is so much available to teens and young adults.

I like that there are shower facilities here at NW Neighborhood! It would be nice if along with the shower/bath towels that sweat towels were provided...
