Great classes, clean facilities and equipment, great staff, convenient location to hardware store, pharmacy, post office and McCaffreys. Easy parking.
I love going to this gym! The people are friendly, the facilities clean, and the class teachers are great. A special callout to Bob the yoga instructor!
Very clean locker room and gym. New equipment and I love the sauna. Each Nike gym should have a sauna.
Receptionists and the entire staff are wery helpful and welcoming. I like the set up of all the gym equipments.
Clean locker rooms and bathrooms. And most of all thr location of the gym is accessible for me stopping by on my way home from work.
The sports center associate wasn’t very knowledgeable about sports injuries (especially brain trauma caused by concussion). He was very service oriented as well.

The staff members answer your questions and were very polite. Clean, and lots space to do your workout. The spin classes are awesome and so was the Zumba and pump classes. Thank you for finally bringing Defined to the Mesa.
