Welcoming staff at the front desk. Friendly cleaning staff in the locker room. Helpful and polite clients. Good instructors for water aerobics. Clean facility.

They have a good before/aftercare program for the Willow Brook kids. We also participate in J Sharks and my daughter loves it. She has become a very competent swimmer through the JCC program.

Staff at the San Mateo gym are friendly to everyone, helpful. I am learning a lot from Armando the trainer. He is excellent and helping me to move forward in my wellness journey.

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

I love the classes and most of the instructors at the McLeod location. Jonathan Gallegos, Victoria Rodriguez, Melissa Hebert, and Nick Gerich are especially amazing!!! They motivate everyone in class and provide modifications as needed. They also inspire and genuinely connect with the class with great energy and enthusiasm. Mostly, I go to this gym for these classes and I try to tell everyone I know about them as well. Its been a wonderful experience because of these individuals.
