Swim boot camp

The employees always make me feel at home. The group exercise instructors ( Cheri, Liz, Elizabeth, Kyle, Chris and Eileen) know their stuff and always motivate. Josh Green is my personal trainer and he always pushes me to do more. Matt Priest is always in a good mood and cares about the gym members. I wouldn't go to another gym; these guys are family!
Clean swimming pool
Defined Fitness has excellent equipment, is focused on cleanliness, helpful staff, great trainers, and interesting workshops. The monthly membership fee is reasonable for all the amenities provided. They regularly upgrade their equipment and are quick to repair necessary breakage or wear on the existing equipment. I enjoy using the Riverside facility closest to my home at least 3-4 days a week. I have yet to join a class, preferring to do my own routine. Overall, Defined Fitness more than meets my workout, fitness, and physical and mental health needs.
