Organized. Gym fitness center is now open. Wish classes like Pilates etc. would be open. App works for me. Gym is clean. Equipment works-in good repair. Sanitizer stations are frequent. Need more opening.

The atmosphere. The staff and instructors the facility. I appreciate the extra effort to keep it clean. I always feel the pools are maintained to a very high standard. The fact that the J takes our safety so seriously. Plus it is so convenient.

I am still getting to know this new location. The transition has been made easier to navigate with the help of Sabrina Willard and Heather Wauls. Their enthusiasm and support has been invaluable. The desk staff has been cheerful and welcoming.

The atmosphere at Franco's has always been spa like.. the equipment is plentiful, the classes are great like yoga, the facility is clean, the aroma is fresh... the ladies dressing quarters is awesome. After a workout it's awesome to relax in the steam room then jacuzzi and then a hot shower. The pools are always clean...and the staff is so friendly. A great club to be a part of. I love it.
The fitness center has restored availability during the pandemic in a most responsible way. Most fitness equipment is available and most important to me the pool is again available for lap swimming. Hours of service are excellent. Every detail in the facility is super clean.

The depth of knowledge of the personal trainers and the Pilates instructors
Love the summer when I can do my workout in the outdoor pool at the Chesterfield location. The guards do a nice job and the pool management staff are terrific, It would be nice if you would consider fencing off the outdoor deck area between the two doors and allowing swimmers to soak up the sun after their workout on some of the nice days we have left. Maybe until mid or late October.
