I’m very happy with the phased re-opening. Everyone has been very helpful and responsive to questions. The reservation system for the pool is working well and I prefer it this way as I know what to expect rather than showing up only to find it too busy or some event taking place that I wasn’t aware of, so I hope the new system continues.

It is conveniently located for me. The hours of operation are very sufficient. All of the different types of equiptment are more than adequate. The different classes and sports available, the pools and even a state of the art Bistro, and much more. All of these features come together to make Francos the #1 exercise facility in the area. Oh and I almost forgot, the cleanliness is superb and the associates are great.
