Dries quickly and there is no odor

The customer service is wonderful. Carpets looked wonderful, when it dried completely and we vacuumed the carpet it was so soft and comfy. I have loved the gentlemen that have come to take care of our home. It was our first time with Nick and he was fantastic plus did a wonderful job. He communicated, well on messaging us on times too. What I have really appreciated is no mess when they are through. No extra water on floor; everything is back in place and taken care of just like we want! Thank you Zerorez!

I was pleased with the cleaning and the friendly professionalism of the technician. My only complaint was the length it took my carpets to dry. The carpets cleaned well and they smell clean and fresh.

I had a great experience with Zerorez. The man who was scheduled for my house called me when he was on his way and was prompt in his arrival. They were able to get stains out that other carpet cleaning companies were not. He answered my questions throughout his time here and my carpets truly looked brand new.

Tech was on time in fact worked me in earlier than original appointment.
He was curtious and respectiful. Offered a couple up sales but not over the top like i have had by other company in yellow vans. I really like the steem cleaning process .
