We were very happy with our carpets after having them cleaned by Zeroez. The men did a thorough job and were done pretty quickly. The carpets dried within about 3-4 hours and looked great.

Fast efficient and very well done

There were some spots that did not come out very well. I don't know that they should have, but I didn't follow the technician to see if he went over any of the spots more than once or not.

The technician was very friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!

I like the idea of how your company uses a different cleaning technique. I still need more time to know for sure how much I like the fabric protector I purchased with the cleaning.

Great value for the price!

He didn’t use soap and we have a puppy so he used extraction to clean those spots so they don’t come back as easily. Eric has always done an exceptional job for us and never a big mess😘
