The products used to clean our carpets and eliminate stains were “top shelf”. The results met our high expectations. However, the best of the best was our technician, Erik W., who brought his servant’s heart and sparkling personality to go above and beyond the call of duty and turned an ordinary but necessary inconvenience, i.e. carpet cleaning, into an extraordinary experience.
