John was very polite and very informative. I enjoyed talking to him. He had a lot of great stories as well. Overall it was a great experience plus our beds are way cleaner and i could immediately tell a difference when he cleaned it

The service people are polite and helpful. My carpets are always clean and stay cleaner than other cleaning services, much longer. They have come when we had a real emergency without delay.

I was surprised at the way my 12 year old carpet turned out....It actually looks good !!!
I was thinking that it was time to replace it, but It may have another couple of years left in it.
