Quick, easy, simple. Lovely staff but have more, the wait times are killing. Also if possible, have the option to do a clean straight razor shave. Would buy it everytime I needed one.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that I acknowledged when I arrive, they know how I get my haircut, they offer additional products/services but aren't 'pushy'. They know the products and can demonstrate how to use them.
