Very friendly. For the most part your hair dressers do a good job. Have had two bad haircuts out of about 20 trips. Like being able to watch the game while I get my haircut. A touch pricy for the MVP. Massage is a waste of time. They never apply enough pressure to do anything. Overall good haircuts which is why I come back.
