Relaxing and professional

The staff at the Meadowdale location were very friendly and greeted me at the store as I walked in. My stylist Sabeen was extremely courteous, listened patiently to my request, and kept me engaged in friendly conversations. She took her time to make sure the cut was exactly how I wanted it and also made sure that she was meeting my expectations for the cut. I would recommend Sabeen to anyone who is looking to get a professional cut. She is very friendly and does not hurry through the cut.

On my recent visit, I signed in and the board said next available. After me, there was another guest and he specified a hair cutter. She was ready next so he walked in and took a seat. I waited an addition 35 minutes before the second hair cutter was available. Not sure that was right. I would love someone to contact me to explain.
