Professionalism

All the yoga instructors have knowledge about how the human body works /anatomy and explain exactly what we should feel in specific muscles when we are in certain poses. This is impressive and useful, unlike other yoga instructors who just talk about breathing and releasing the mind.

Natalie is such a great teacher.

Sometimes I don't know how to do the pose correctly and there isn't always further instruction or correction.

The teacher on Euston Square was amazing! I really enjoyed the class.

The website it's a bit too difficult, not very easy to book classes or find information. The User Experience could be improved.

For example, why not a "log in" into your account clear bottom on the top? You need to go to schedules to be able to sing in... it's really hidden!

Excellent yoga practice! Amanda had a great teaching style and the class was well paced. Can't wait to go back! And of course the view from Level 24 was amazing!

doing yoga in the shard was so cool, the teacher was fun friendly knowledgeable and there was a really relaxing atmosphere - just loved the experience, ill definitely be coming back.

Accessible to those at all levels

The teachers are all great, the locations of the gyms are convenient, the packages are very reasonable and there is always a great deal on! :)

The yoga was great for a Monday morning - relaxing, lengthening, inspiring! Didn't break much of a sweat, but sometimes you don't need to to have a great workout!
