Easy style of teaching and regular checks from the term whilst in pose. Unbelievable view especially on a good day. the room accommodates a large number of participants but we did not feel cramped.

Instructor (Olivia) was great. It was a mixed level class but she managed to have something in there for everyone. Facilities in Hampstead were good as well.

Great locations, very accessible, wherever you are in London. I mean who wouldn't want a yoga session at the top of the Shard?! What an experience! Yogasphere has excellent teachers, with a range of sequences to challenge and relax you. Mandy and Leo are the sweetest, always two smiling and welcoming faces. I feel golden after every single session! Thank you Yogasphere!

Leader of the class I attended was really good, made it suitable and accessible for all levels.

Loved Leo's class - he's fantastic! Gave me loads of variations and special attention as I'm pregnant, put together a great, comprehensive, challenging class, and ran it in a fun way!

I had done a small amount of yoga many years ago, and was slightly nervous about starting a new class. I should not have worried! The pace of the class is perfectly manageable and the instructor is excellent! I have already booked my second lesson!
