The welcome to the Shard itself wasn't great - we were stood outside in the cold morning air from 8:00-8:30 under the impression that the class started at 8:15 as advertised on the site. We were then greeted by a rather grumpy and sleepy man-boy who had apparently lost his voice and couldn't explain that we need not fill in the health questionnaire again if we had already done so online. He had one pen between 52 people and had no system in place. I am aware that Yogasphere plant 10 trees per person who attends but theyll have to plant a lot more if they keep wasting paper like this guy was doing! Once we got in the lift the whole atmosphere changed - we were greeted by really lovely ladies, had time to take pics and find our mats. The class was INSANELY good and I would recommend the experience to all my friends. We left feeling energised and content so thank you :) I believe it was the Shard staff that had the issue.

Have only been to my first class but so far, I thought the teaches was excellent - such a lovely manner and , while I found the class tough, as any beginner would, it was thoroughly enjoyable. The room is also very good - bright, not crowded, towels provided.....
The view, obviously. It was also a nicely balanced class, quite fast paced and gave lots of options for the different levels in the class. Sometimes the directions weren't very clear, both in volume and specificity (which leg? What arm?) but otherwise, a great class
It is open to everybody, even if you are a beginner. Time suits me too, it is quite easy to find the right time to attend the class.

Very professional from the communication before my yoga sessions to the smooth professional running and organisation of the yoga session at the top of the Shard. Highly recommend the unique experience and a great way to view London.

Friendly and welcoming. Instructors are great at handling beginners through to more regulars at a good pace ensuring the classes don't feel too easy or go too fast to enjoy.

Yoga 24 is a great location and the class is a good balance of postures.
The yoga class itself was excellent, along with being able to stay to look at the view afterwards when the general public weren't there. The instructions as to where The View from The Shard is, is a bit confusing as there is more than 1 exit from the tube station. I booked for a friend too and didn't receive any notification on the e-mails that she needed to complete the health questionnaire before the class until the e-mail about 2 days before. Not sure why a chap at the entrance then wanted us to fill the questionnaires in again and after a few minutes of this stopped it! Overall great though and may well come back!
