I always like to come to Santikos because I know all of their theaters are going to consistently be clean and comfortable. I hear people online complain about theaters being dirty and outdated, and I know they don’t live in San Antonio because otherwise they’d be going to Santikos. The only thing is I really wish limited-release films were more widely available at this chain, I miss the Bijou SO much!! The Palladium is very far out, more limited films at the Galaxy would be AWESOME!

Wry nice movie theater, staff is very nice! Minutes away from home, we don’t have to go down town San Antonio and all that traffic.
Polite staff, clean facility, great food
The person checking tickets is always friendly, people selling popcorn/food items are quick and polite, clean theaters, and restrooms.
My experience most of the time is good except on two issues I do have. That is Santikos doesn't have any trays to carry all the items I have to carry like popcorn nachos my drink etc. I usually go alone to the movies and that's one thing that would help me out like some other theaters I would go to in the past. Other issue is the Pickles santikos serves I know there is probably a contract with Ricos brand but the pickles are not tasty at all. Several people I have talked to say they aren't good at all. My movie experience is a good drink and popcorn and a good dill pickle that goes well with the popcorn.

The clean new carpet was a great improvement from the last time we visited Galaxy theaters. I also LOVE self serve popcorn and butter!!

Our family has loved attending movies and different events in your theatres for a long time. We especially love the Galaxy and the beautiful renovations but especially the management and staff. We enjoyed the Bijou as well and miss having food delivered to our seats. My children would go to the movies at least twice a month with 9 of their friends all the time. The games are so much fun. We live between several theatres and by far Santikos is our favorite. We cancelled our membership to AMC because they just don’t compare to yours!
