Staff always welcoming and theater always clean. This theater is easy for me to get in and out because I have knee probs. I don't have to walk across a huge parking lot then across another huge outside patio slab just to get to the door like other theaters.

The space is always tidy and the lines are not long at concession stands. The seats are comfy and the theater is always clean. I definitely recommend this theater.
Everything, I love to go to the movies and just relax. The staff are all courteous and helpful. It's such a quick and easy check in. The offer delivery to your seat. Ever since they did the renovations it's been such an amazing experience.
I love the value Santikos offers for the price of their awesome theater screens, arcade, and great concession deals! I also love that they support local charities and businesses in the greater San Antonio area :)
I love the galaxy theater! It’s always my first choice. Not just the movie and food but also the gaming experience is great for the kids. We’ll definitely be back soon.
The service is great. Can serve your own popcorn and put as much or as little butter as you want. Love the reclining seats. Now if the seats where heated would be much better! I Always bring my blanket! Love getting free stuff with the awards/points system. The Galaxy theater is very convenient and close to home.

Always friendly people at the counter. I really love this place because they always ask me if I want to use my rewards. I tend to forget and its always a nice surprise when they tell me I can get food items for free.... also the bathrooms are always very clean.
I like the warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is always very polite and willing to help in anyway possible to make your experience at the movies memorable. I feel like I am at home viewing a larger than life big screen TV.
Haven't been to the movies since Covid happen and the changes that happen from Rialto to the Old/Re-Newed Galaxy was very exciting to see.
