The Galaxy has been m go to theater for years! It’s close to home, always the best movies, the best popcorn and wonderfully comfortable chairs! I miss the Bijou 😕 for the foreign films they used to bring and wish that the Galaxy would designate one theater for foreign films. That would be fabulous!! Santikos rules! It’s nice to be part of a group that gives back to the community through our purchases!!

I love that Santikos gives back to the community with each purchase. I, myself, was in foster care, and the CASA advocates during my time with the state were more than just advocates- they were family. My CASA was a wonderful, helpful, and supportive woman that I am immensely thankful for having had met, and it's thanks to places like Santikos that the CASA program continues to be funded. Santikos also has reclinable seats, which is always a plus, and the best movie theater food I've ever had. I take my Mom and my Grandma with me to the movies, and Grandma says that she gets better burgers at Santikos than at a restaurant. The soda machines make it easy and fun to mix drinks, refillable popcorn buckets will ALWAYS be ok with me, and adult-me has been side-eyeing the bar for weeks now. I've never known the staff to be anything other than friendly and personable, and I like that the Galaxy location is a little smaller than the one over in Cibolo. As much as I love Santikos, that is just way too many people! (Though, if more people is your thing- you should definitely hop over there: they have a huge arcade, bowling, movies, events, etc. I think you'll love it!) The movie rewards program is also amazing- it didn't cost me anything to join, I get points when I got to the movies and buy food at concessions, you can use the app to buy movie tickets ahead of time, and the points can pay for things! I got a free large drink and popcorn the last time I went, just by going to the movies and enjoying myself. The movie theater is one of those things that I feel like is irreplaceable- yeah, I can watch a movie at home, but it isn't the same! Nothing can beat watching a movie on the big screen, and there's no where I'd rather watch it than Santikos!

Counter service is great. The reclining seats with tables are really enjoyed especially with the wide armrests. Bathrooms and all areas were clean and attended.
Love the atmosphere, place is always clean or being cleaned right away, seats for the most part are comfortable and work.

I like everything about the Santikos Theater (Galaxy). The staff they was very nice and welcoming, one lady came to watch a movie and she dropped her bucket of popcorn so she went to let the staff know and they was there in less than 5 minutes getting it up. I know at the AMC Theaters (Rivercenter ) they will wait till the movie is over.
