Love being able eat while watching our movie! I was disappointed you no longer offer white gravy with the chicken strips. I ordered something else that wasn't as enjoyable.

I like your chicken strips however bring back the gravy! how can you have chicken strips but no gravy and please don't say we are looking into getting gravy back we just need to find a supplier you had it before bring it back. Your table layout is great. Time fo some new seats have you sat in them recently all blown out no springs or collapsed. I really like going to this theater been going there since I was a kid yes that was quite some time ago and won't stop me from going back

We like the table format at this Theater, and we also like that you don't have to select your seats like we have to do at the Santikos Embassy.
I liked the lobby layout and the promptness with which I was served. I also appreciated the location of the food/beverage tables inside the theater. And they seem to be in better condition than the ones at the Bijou which is where I usually go.
The main thing is the $5.00 extravaganza price.
The California burger was very good. Watching a movie & dining is very nice.

I like how you make your popcorn and don't bring it in bags. I do wish the popcorn was MORE freshly made meaning of a big movie like The Martian is opening on a Thursday at 8pm there should be popcorn popping during the hour leading up to the movie. I got there at 7:50 and the popcorn wasn't that hot. Self serve butter and soda are a huge ++++. I didn't like the serve you in the the theater thing, it was distracting during a movie to have a waiter come in and give someone their check and stuff. I say pay for it before the movie and have the food ready before the movie. The movie theater was clean and the movie itself was crisp and vibrant. The sound was excellent as well. Really great theater look forward to coming back

Besides having movies that are obscure and not typically shown elsewhere, I enjoyed the dinner service during the movie.
The food is so good , a bit too expensive but love that we can order and they bring it to you . And the theater is beautiful and clean , very nice employees :) love this place
Normally I have great experiences at the Rialto, but this time the kitchen got my order entirely wrong (I was given a ham and cheese wrap instead of the avocado wrap I ordered). It wasn't until I was about halfway done with it that I realized it was incorrect, so I said nothing.
That was a fluke, so I'll forgive it. However, I *intensely* dislike the service charge you attach to the food and drink bill. The Bijou doesn't do that, why does the Rialto? I like to tip a server. I'm big on tipping. But I don't like to tip twice, which is what happened on the last visit. And the servers make no effort to say that they're already getting the service charge. A while back a manager told me this aspect of the Rialto was on the way out, but apparently not. As you know, it's difficult to see the bill in the dark, while trying to watch the end of the movie. You guys need to fix this.
the bartenders are really cool its really close to my house and its not a noisy environment so I really like it overall, the gm is really cool too.
Im on a budget so the prices work for me! Service at concession stand was eh but its understandable...overall GREAT!
It is the closest theater to my home. We had a great in-theater waitstaff. She was friendly and professional.
