I grew up in the Southside and love going there since I was a young lady now I have 5 beautiful kids plus 2 grandkids so I continue taking my whole family especially I love the popcorn and how beautiful the lace is.

I have attended the movie experience during the reopening phase of this pandemic and I must say that the way you have responded is top notch. I felt secure in your facility (Mayan), in that everything was clean and everyone was taking precautions. So I thank you for thinking and caring about your customers. I applaud you on your effort and I can't wait to see the new normal so that I can get back into going to the movies and collecting my rewards.

Highly recommend Santikos Mayan !

Santiko is taking all the precautions in keeping everyone safe. Disinfecting counters, seats, n anything making contact to visitors. They also have gloves in every area for visitors to use while making contact with sodas, condiments and popcorn dispenser. Had a great experience thank you for doing all you can in keeping us safe.

The theatre was practicing social distancing, and it was very clean.

I have loved Santikos since my earliest Cinema experiences at Galaxy Theater on 35 & Austin Hwy in the early 80’s.
I cannot express how glad and relieved that your company’s performance at Customer Service has not lost any of its stride but has continued to improve and excel.
My visit at The Mayan Theater was no exception.

The fresh paint, the huge theater seating, the contactless pop corn dispenser and popcorn covers made me feel comfortable and safe.

Everything was very clean, the new popcorn dispensers were very convenient and easy to us. My family always enjoys watching movies at Santikos theaters

I enjoyed mostly everything . I will say that I was disappointed when as soon as I walked in there was a whole group of customers sitting in the seating area all without masks . Masks are mandatory again for a reason and they check your tickets right as you enter the building so the person asking for the tickets etc should let the guest know they need to wear masks . It’s not courteous to the rest of the people who are trying to stay safe . That group of people were had 3 adults and a group of kids . They were sitting there in the common area by the bar area for who knows how long with their feet all on the chairs. I’m just saying if it’s mandatory everyone should wear them in the common area so we can all protect one another and still enjoy the movies . The staff is very kind . The Lady at the bar was the nicest and hospitable. She made me a margarita topped it with some chamoy and Lucas . Looked nice . She even described the flavors lol and told me the different prices . Thank you , I do love this theatre, all the staff was on it as far as their own masks which is awesome .

Ita beenen awhile since my family and I have gone to Santikos Mayan theatre and it was so much fun and it felt safe to go out. The theatre was super clean, all of the employees were super helpful and patient with my purchases and questions. It was just so nice especially with the loyalty rewards tickets that I'm getting every week. Thank you for coming back into business.
