Sound affects, great seats and Always clean

The self drinks and popcorn is always a plus. The seats are comfortable.

We enjoy the ease of selecting our seating online. I have trouble with stairs so this is a big deal. The theatre is always clean and snack bar lines are reasonable.
As much as I enjoy it, I don’t think we should be charged a convenience fee when we order using the app. Absolutely everything is over priced at the snack bar.

Friendly people as soon as I arrived. Courteous snack bar cashier. Employees actually all looked like they liked their job. I wasn't ignored like many other places. Keep up the good work! Oh, yoir place was clean!!!

It's good to see that my feedback is taken seriously, although it was just an honest opinion/feedback. I understand that over time things tend to wear down, and was explained that it was on their radar to replace those seats that needed to be fixed. That's what makes Santikos a great theater to visit. And although it is slightly out of the way from other theaters we can visit. Santikos is usually our first choice to watch a movie.

Easy online access to buy tickets. Good is always good. I love the popcorn and drinks are to our serving. No waiting in line for refills.

I had an issue that was resolved promptly by management and I was treated very nicely as well as compensated. I never have issues but they were quick to help resolve this rare case! Thank you!

Seats are very comfortable and employees very polite snacks a little expensive but delicious would have loved to have ordered the nachos but cheese tastes different didn’t care for it and more condiments choices for hot dogs burgers are delicious wife and kids always grab one every time we go to movies

This place is the greatest theater in the world, and that the Southside of San Antonio gets to house such a wonderful escape from reality, there can be nothing better.
