I love the theaters, they are beautiful and comfortable. However, the food concession stand and management at the Mayan theater definitely needs more training. They forget about my Pretzel and left me standing for 25 minutes. The Manager was rude and unprofessional. The other Santikos theaters have awesome service and need no training.
The seats, cleanliness, AVX , refills, just about everything.
I was able to get my refund on tickets that we're purchased a day after I tested positive for covid.

The service was good. The employees were great and were friendly. The concession food area had great service and the food was great! The theater area was great, the seats were satisfying and the movie sound and experience was great! Highly recommended!

Santikos Mayan Palace is a beautiful theatre! I love that it is nearby with great auditoriums, food, and drinks. During this visit the floor was a little dirtier than normal, but overall my experience was great.

we love going to the movies and love all the upgrades to the place
It is so friendly and open. I absolutely love how we can serve our own popcorn, butter and drinks! The openness of it made me and my family feel like we were right at home. It wasn’t crowded or dirty at all.

Friendly. However the Mayan has been really warm inside lately to the point of being uncomfortable. Other than that it’s still our favorite.
I have been going to this Theater since before the name change and still love it! Times have changed and so has the Theater, but in a good way. Thanks for keeping it updated and clean!
Great theater to go to
From the ticket purchase, to the concessions and seating, the Santikos Mayan Palace experience is very streamlined, and convenient. Every time I step into the theater, I can feel relaxed knowing the line to the concessions is never long, and whatever I choose it’ll taste awesome! Look forward to my next movie experience.
