The Mayan is the best theater in the Southside by far. Great service, great food, clean theaters, and the rewards are awesome. I would love to be the GM of this place to put it on the map as "The Best Santikos theater experience ever."

The theater itself where we saw the movie sounded amazing and the reclining seats made it so I didn't want to leave. Only gripe was the temperature was a little too warm but other than that great experience. Oh and was wondering if when choosing seats, is there a way to label which side the aisle is on. I don't like having to cross in front of the whole theater to get to the seats or fire a refill. Minor things in an overall nice outing.

Service was good and fast to get tickets. But some seats do not work and do not recline I think they should go into each theater and check them out and replace them also a very bad smell in men’s restroom more maintenance need attention frequently

Mayan palace never fails us. Despite location. Always have fresh popcorn and drinks are refillable. The amount of seating is ample. We like end seats so this theater is always just so comfy and cozy for our family. We did not have any issue with the food we were presented. Movie goers are going to talk regardless I guess so can’t help that. I Just cant seem to understand why they purchase tickets and talk the whole way but other than that we rate this a 9 . Mayan palace location.
