The convenience of the theater, friendly staff. I appreciate the way they are dressed with a white shirt and a bow tie and always speak respectfully and professionally. In the Southside of San Antonio it is unfortunate that professionalism, respect and appearance do not go hand in hand when it come to a business that deals with the public. I can honestly say this since I have live in the Southside of San Antonio all my life.

No ushers to tell other people in theater to quite yelling children also same children had flash lights I'd ushers were there this could have been prevented I could not get up because i had bought tickets in the middle of the of the theater . I paid 21$ + food and drink and missed more that have of the movie . Manager sounded like she didn't care about what I was tell her . Very negative I feel cheated and customer service / staff / manager need to be retrained.

I like the free drink refills. This is a big deal for someone who lives on a tight budget. I can share a drink with my daughter and get a refill for free instead of paying at other theater and feel like I'm being robbed.

The theatre is always comfortable. We love the seats. They are comfortable and make the movie experience awesome. My husband always buys food and the popcorn and snacks are always fresh and delicious. This is our preferred place to see a movie. :)
