We love the great atmosphere, the seating is extremely comfortable, and it's just way better than it used to be. The renovations were awesome. We enjoyed the party room and the help Marissa Trinidad provided getting everything together. She and her team did an outstanding job for my son's surprise birthday party. We love the Mayan and the great customer service.

I love that you upgraded all your theaters with the reclining chairs, bar area, and food.

On the other hand, your web site and your app are in bad shape. there are times where I can log in and even worst is when I have to cancel show tics. You really need to work on these issues.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theaters, the concessions. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the new seats. Although I enjoy being able to adjust the seat I leave the theater with a bit of a neck ache. I'm short in stature and the top part of the seat is exactly where my head sits as opposed to my neck. Otherwise, I do enjoy the theater.
I wish managements approach to people using their phone during the movie was more like Alamo Drafthouse.
