What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the whole transformation of the theatre. The recliner seats avx n food. I did purchase 10tickets online for a get together celebration 2 birthdays for my sisterinlaw n niece. It was nice we saw Halloween on Saturday 10/20 @ 7:45pm. I did have an ISSUE that day regarding seats. This man claimed the seat I purchased was his seat which he n I had the same ticket number. That was weird. It was K17 I had tickets K17-K23 & J17-19 2wkrs came to seek the problem. We were interrupted watchg the movie which I was disappointed we missed some scenes. I was going to go speak to the manager after the movie but I didn't get to stop by in the front to complain. I just hope next time this doesn't happen again to me. I had the man n his little boy sit on Seat J17 since my other person couldn't make it. I had ticket refunded to my credit card when I got there.
But other than that I am pleased with ur staff n how the Theatre looks.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I was upset that the cashier in the food department messed up my order. Than the manager called me back the second time. Finally the third time they got my order right. But i left the movie three times which made miss delicate parts.
Other than that its always an awesome place to visit. But if i was a newbie at the Mayan, i would defenetly not go back. Especially since the Manager did nothing to composite what i missed during the movie.

The staff is amazing anyways very nice and eager to help
The facilities are clean and the auditorium was temperature was great and I saw a rated r movie and an usher was in there ensuring children and teens were with an adult.
Also my husband is in a wheelchair and santikos was very accessible and accommodating

Always very friendly grate atmosphere never had problems with other people. There is one thing I do not agree on I am a rewards member which I am very pleased to have but I disagree on your free admission for your birthday it should b good for at least 30 days for individuals to use ,that's would make a lot of rewards members happy ! I didn't get to use mine for my birthday I got the E mail for free admission but when I tried to redeem 5 days after they wouldn't accepted. I am a regular at the Mayan theatre I can honestly say, it’s always clean and kept up with and if you do run in to something. The Managers are very helpful. Keep up the good work.....

The remodel is amazing! Haven't been in a long time. Told my husband that I would like to go more often now. It was just so unappealing before, but Mayan is the only place we go to watch movies because of the price.
