What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The Mayan is a gem! The theater is physically aesthetic, clean, and roomy. The people are down home "family" type. The kids/young adults are all respectful and very mannerly. Their parents are the same. The employees are great! They treat the adults like they are their own "tia's" or "abuelitas." Very kind, polite and personable and you can tell that they are taught to "respect their elders." It is a far cry from the other theaters where the kids are ridiculous, the young adults and their parents are rude and seem ready to fight when someone has the audacity to kindly complain about them having full-blown cell phone conversations during the movie!. The employees are typical teens with no real connection to adults and therefore do not have that same care that these kids at the Mayan have towards their elders. Sounds crazy, but this upscale/fashionable movie theater is , predominately Hispanic, and the cultural "extended family" experience comes across in a very genuine and pleasant way.

The comfort while watching a movie is great. The popcorn is always fresh/hot. I don’t have to wait in line when purchasing my tickets due to online ticket purchase . Check-in transition is speedy. Love it

Well, we didnt get to see Aladin movie because the a/c was not working in that room. They gave us a rain check so im hoping we can use it the following week because I have to work next week. I like going there. Very nice employees.

Love the remodel! I LOVE the self serve popcorn at northwest, wish there was more of that at the theaters.

The experience is amazing this evening the recliners the food the chili cheese fries outstanding the corn dog man haven't had one that good since Fiesta the carnival the people outstanding the managers wonderful so would i refer Santikos the Mayan Theater of course I would ....
