The staff was very friendly and accommodated my requests without any difficulties. After I had paid for my ticket, I remembered I had a free ticket. After I mentioned the free ticket, my money was immediately refunded. They are typically very helpful to senior citizens. I have enjoyed movies at the Mayan for many years and have never encountered any rude employees. I hope that your philosophy on treating customers the right way never changes.

I liked that the person at the register exchanged our seats without a hassle.

We selected our seats without realizing they were to high up. My daughter couldnt see, so when I explained my error the person was more than happy to change our tickets.

Also the same person made a correction to my account after the person working at the bar didnt enter my number for my rewards.
