I think it's fantastic sparkling water is an option versus soda. Seating needs upgrading especially for a 2 -1/2 hrs movie. Watching Endgame was very uncomfortable.

I can always ask for hot popcorn and they will make it fresh even if I have to wait 5 or 10 minutes...what happened to your tray carriers with food I miss that easier to carry food into theater

I loved the clean and friendly atmosphere. Buying tickets and snacks was conveniently located at the snack bar. I enjoy when there appears to be limited staff, this consolidation doesn't cost the customer time. The way you guys do this is efficient!

The drink and butter station and bathrooms are clean.

I also enjoy the cleanliness of the theater, seats, and floors. I am a Santikos member, so those perks are also nice.

Enjoyed playing video games with my son before show...would love to see more games...maybe a basketball shooting game. I liked that I was able to purchase a glass of wine.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My wife and I had a bad experience at the theater but management was quick to try and make up for it. I was really impressed with how fast they responded and made an effort to satisfy us. Silverado, for the most part, is an excellent theater to go to. Customer service at the concessions is good, the location and theaters are clean, and the selection of movie times offered is great. Thank you for helping us have a great movie going experience!
