I am not a big fan of theatres implementing recliner seats so this was a perfect theater for me. They have traditional seats and still offer DBOX. This will now be my go-to theatre.

The last visit was a bit unpleasant from the multiple teens using their phones throughout the movie. After a while it slowed down but still was not how I intended the night to go with the family. I do enjoy the theater and it’s amenitys it has., but will try to make better judgement of when not to go.

I had just signed up for the rewards program the day before my Husband and I attended “The Peanut Butter Falcon” at the Silverado. I had ordered our tickets on line and we were waiting in line for concessions when a young Man advised us he could help us a few registers over. He explained that I had already rec’d a free popcorn and movie ticket. He was very kind and patient. I felt valued as a patron of your theatre!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Friendly employees, good selection and time frames of movies available . We prefer this one since its smaller than Casa Blanca and Paladium and was our "go to" theater for many years before Casa Blanca., although CB is closer to us. Love, Love, Love the popcorn!!😋

There were plenty of seats to chose from even though it was opening weekend on an anticipated movie. Lines were not long at all at the concession stand.

I had ordered tickets to watch a movie and quickly I had an emergency pop up so i was unable to go, I was able to call and quickly had the refund take. Care of with minimal hassle. I have always had good dealing with Santikos, one of the best movie experience companies on the planet

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My family and i frequently watch movies at The Silverado Theater. We recently watched IT chapter 2. My only disappointment was that other theaters like Alamo drafthouse and AMC had commemorative cups and popcorn buckets with Pennywise on it. Your theater did not. That was my only complaint. This happens with almost all new releases in your theater.
