I could order my ticket right at the concession stand with my food. the silverado has really remodeled and its really nice. seats are comfortable. I really like the option of the small popcorn called the golden option.

I enjoyed the friendly service I received from the concessions attendant. I especially enjoyed the military benefits on Monday, where we can enjoy movie entertainment at a cheaper rate. Thank you for that benefit! I also enjoyed the clean theater and restrooms. Thank you for the fantastic customer service. Look forward to see you soon.

Clean theaters. We go on Tuesdays to the Silverado because of the five dollar Tuesdays. Unfortunately it’s now six dollar Tuesday but still a decent deal. We are retired so we go pretty much every Tuesday.

I also enjoy your rewards program and the ability to purchase tickets through the app.

In addition, the staff are the best!! One gentleman in particular always greets us and knows our order. Wish I knew his name.

On the other hand, paying a convenience fee for online ticket purchases is BS. You don’t have to pay staff to collect my money and hand me a ticket. You save a ton on payroll! Very convenient, for SANTIKOS.
