Staff always nice like how they are being remolded
Staff attentive, fast lines at concession, yummy popcorn, roomy chairs .

I like the atmosphere, food ,movies and safety when I take my 5 yr old granddaughter or my 19 yr old grandson ,my daughter or my 81 yr old mother when we go to the movies the prices are good and we have good entertainment At all your locations thank you for make San Antonio your home.

The staff there - from the ticket taker, to the restaurant (we got pizza slices made fresh) and at the snack counter, were excellent, friendly, like they were enjoying their jobs. Makes going to the movies fun. It wasn't crowded, either. The soda machine ran out of syrup, but had carbonation. but after I let one employee that was cleaning the area, he immediately had a manager come over and re-set one of the machines, he watched him do it, then proceeded to do the others on his own. Impressive ! And I didn't have to wait there, it took no time at all, to get my refill. Talk about good service !! Only negative thing i have to say about this location- is that the seating is outdated. Next day, we went to the Palladium to see a kids movie and they have the reclining chairs. Had this theatre be updated, it would have been that much better.
